Best customer service ever ! I have a vintage, commercial stove in my home, and it’s the cornerstone of my kitchen. Tim walked me through every step of 1)finding the problem 2) how to fix it and 3)how to maintain it myself .... he new I had an agenda to learn as much as I could to keep my stove working for years, and he expanded on that even further. You won't find a better Appliance Repair Shop. They repaired an under the cabinet ice maker for me. The thing had been sitting outside at a friends for who knows how long and was given to me. No telling how long it took for them to get it as clean as they did, there were several parts that needing replacing and they still only charged me their (no one else would do this) FLAT RATE labor fee + parts. Thanks Byrd Appliance Specialists.
