Thrilled with my purchase and even more impressed with the service. So glad we went local.
Oven igniter went out the week before Thanksgiving, and Byrd was able to have a technician in my kitchen to replace the part in 2 days. Very nice technician who worked efficiently to get the job done in a timely manner.
I actually swore off repairing appliances before Byrd opened because the other companies in town were so difficult to deal with, and I felt like I was doing *most* of their job for them. Byrd has a great system, and works incredibly hard to get your problems solved asap and for a fair price. Old fashioned customer service makes all the difference. I highly recommend this company!
Byrd Appliance is the one and only repair service I will ever use. Very helpful and explained the problem we were having on three different appliances that other local repair people could not fix. Very resonable, kind, on-time... all we were looking for.

Good experience started with calling Byrd Appliance, very friendly folks. Chris, the tech, was prompt, although I was running a bit late. He gladly helped to unload a washer and dryer from a truck and went right to work. The install went smoothly, Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. I would gladly recommend Byrd Appliance Specialists.

Technician John Garcia came out to my home and fixed my refrigerator in no time. Outstanding job. Very Knowledgeable and Courteous.
