On June 1st 2026 I had two orders confirmed for a Tandem T:Slim insulin pump and infusion sets/revivors. Half of the order showed as shipped, but was unavailable to see information under order details. The second order showed up as processing. I called twice after no response or updates. Monday 6/8/26 I called for an updated as well as not having access to my account. I was told the supplies were backordered until 6/15/26. I was able to access my account after that call. Awful business, sadly these folk can’t manage their business. Nightmare experience on every level.
Clear, consistent communication with well documented expectations and friendly staff.
I have been pushing medical supplies from Byram for years, now thay woint sell me my much needed supplies that I need to survive. Byram is no help and doesn't care if I get the supplies I need to survive. Thay are not good people.
