RecommendedEvery class is fantastic. I think my favorites, so far, are the Barre Fit & the B. Mixed Circuit. Everything about the people that work there & the other women that take the classes have done nothing but lift me up. All I get from everyone there is encouragement & I have NEVER felt that from any other exercise place.
RecommendedB.You is a great place to work out! I started with their New Years program and I was hooked. Incredibly friendly and inclusive staff and a great selection of classes! Combined with better eating habits - I've seen incredible progress, and I look forward to going to my workout everyday!
