Love the welcoming atmosphere!!! Was blessed to get a job watching the adorable kiddos on Mondays for the past 3 months and love the silk class and barre. I always leave feeling all the positive energy from everyone and the buns are starting to look more like small balloons than a flat pancake! Love it!!
Love the environment, instructors, and the workout. Different than anything i have ever done.... but i love it
I started taking these classes several months ago and now I am completely hooked. Once you figure out the technique it is an awesome full body workout. Great for targeting the tough to tone areas like the bum and back of arms. The instructors are so sweet, so motivating and they make the classes fun. Plus, this studio is locally owned (unlike the other barre studio in Louisville), so you get the added benefit of supporting our small, independent businesses.
LOVE B. You!! They are the BEST! The BarreAmped classes are the AMAZING & the B.You Silque class is incredible (tried my first one yesterday & LOVED it)! Plus, studios are beautiful! MUST try if you have not already!
What an excellent facility. I am highly impressed with the effectiveness and the variety of the workouts. Everyone who works there is great. I wish the boutique items weren't quite so pricey and I hope they continue to offer pkg deals for classes so I can continue to afford to go! I LOVE b.YOU and so does my body! I'll be in a bikini I a couple weeks at this rate! THANKS!!!!

Couldn't imagine going anywhere else. The best workouts I've ever had have been at B.You, and the instructors are amazing! I love B.You
I exercise regularly but usually hate working out and I just do it well that all changed when I came to B.You everyone is so nice and it is such a positive atmosphere and the workouts are amazing. I was more sore from one class that lasted an hour than I ever was from lifting weights for an hour in the gym! I highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone!
Very clean studio with great offerings. Very friendly and helpful staff.
