I haven't worked out in such a long time - like since high school - and B You was so welcoming and inviting. Everyone there was encouraging and welcoming. Today was my first day and I plan on going again tomorrow! The workout can be as tough as you push yourself... I could do almost everything so I highly recommend this spot :)

i love our studio and our clients! before i was an instructor i was overwhelmed with how welcoming everyone was and i loved how well rounded the clients were. B.You is a fabulous place for women to come to work out, challenge themselves, make friends, get support, get involved, and have fun!
