I was told my car would be ready at 10:30, no phone call to say anything different. I had to call@2:00 PM about my car, saying yes its ready. When I get there, he wants to say that I was in between lunch breaks that"s why it took so long. I took my car in @ 7:30, HE said it would be about 3 hours, well 5 and a half hours later, not acceptable. Vehicle ran better with blown head gasket than after non repairs . Take your auto any where else. You would be better off with shade tree mechanic.
Bad business... Price gouging... Ripoff.
Roebuck owner lacks honesty, integrity and mechanical knowledge. Overcharged us and lied to cover up. Truck still not repaired. Going to bank to file complaint and get money back to pay someone else to correct the issue. This is not the first time this happened. We gave the benefit of the doubt the first time, the 2nd time, we take proper action to make the public aware of their scams and dishonesty.

These people have no regards for customer service, honesty, or integrity. I would recommend ever taking your vehicle there.
