This store has always been my favorite! I live in Ham Lake just wish they could build a store in my area. That’s the only down side. �
Awesome as usual. I go there a lot. Never had a bad meal.
People were rude. I have never experienced the level if snooty behavior of the customers there. A woman pushed my friend aside to get to the dessert counter. Then the staff passed over us to serve an obnoxious entitled woman picking up a preordered cake. I'm not going back to this location.
I had such a great shopping experience this morning. Shelves were fully stocked, staff was super friendly. I saved lots of money with the BOGOs and my employee discount. I even used parcel pickup which I don't normally do, but I got such great deals I ended up with 6 bags of groceries! Even though I am a Lunds&Byerlys employee I shop our stores because I love them and not because I work for them!
Yesterday we went to pick up our online groceries and they were not ready and would not be for awhile. This was the first time this has happened and we order and pick up every week. Because I have to two little ones (why we order and pick up in the first place) it would have been a challenge to come back in an hour. All the staff in rectifying this situation were amazing!!! The woman working in the bakery tonight at 8pm was terrible. Downright rude and unprofessional. All I wanted was a lemon cupcake (for my birthday, nonetheless!). I, along with another lady, waited for someone to come out from the back room for about 10 mins. She helped someone who was before us, fine no problem. Then she looked at me, glared at Me, walked past me and helped someone else who very clearly just walked up for assistance. Never mind the customers who were waiting.
