RecommendedI love shopping at Lunds & Byerlys in Roseville. It has a very “old school” feeling about it. Employees are polite and have been there for a long time. I like all the unique preparations for prepared foods as well. The bakery always has beautiful desserts too! Feels like a treat to shop here even though most come on a regular basis. They also have Online ordering for pick up through the drive up. Best grocery chain in MSP maybe the country.
I shopped there this morning and was uneasy about my safety, but everyone needs groceries. I reluctantly used the drive up (I have had problems before) I got home and realized that I did not get all of my groceries. I called the store and spoke to the store manager - Ken. He was very apologetic and said that they would "make it right" I gave him a list of what I was missing and he put all of my groceries together and delivered them to my house! That is great customer service-I am a Byerlys customer for life!
I stopped in today just to ship a package but ended up browsing a bit. Honestly the best customer service I’ve experienced during my time in Minnesota. The staff were kind and took time to joke with me and make small talk. I’ll definitely be back!
