It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I went to Dr. Bye for 3 years. The hydro cleanings didn't make my mouth feel clean. He did a root canal and now I can't chew on that side of my mouth. It's been 6 months. He says most people still have some pain after root canals. Not what I wanted to hear after paying over $1700 out of pocket. He bonded one tooth and it's not even close in color to my other teeth...many of which are also bonded. And he's always pushing for very expensive 360 degree xrays once a year. I've been with Dr Bye for a few years now and I found him on accident. He's sweet and caring about his patients. His staff is polite and their number one priority is making sure that everything turns out best. Three root canals later and I still go back to him if I have the choice. I would recommend him to anyone who needs more than just a simple cleaning done.
