Secretary very rude. Just wanted someone to come look at the pool in the house I want to buy. Apparently since there is no water in it, no one will even come lay their eyes on it. Oh, and there’s no “no way” anyone can come out this year...

After 15+ years of dealing with Burnett Pools, I was recommended to B.Y. Pools by a co-worker for my new pool purchase. The purchase process was very easy and we were treated great by everyone at the store. Unfortunately, once they had my money the customer service came to a screeching halt. They are the best pool company around! I love the way everyone helps you to get great results.
I think that I need to talk to the owner, since all I get is a run around. I could not enjoy my pool for even one season. And that is just the beginning of issues I have had. Still waiting for someone to come see why I have two places leaking in I guess a brand new filter the thing from the pump that it goes into. So I hope the owner can come give me a visit.
