The By-Pass Auto Body company had a humble beginning in 1970 as Ron Bitschenauer began fixing cars in the garage at his home. After a few years, Ron took his love of cars and automotive knowledge and decided to expand his repair business outside the family garage. He launched his collision repair center in 1971 out of the old Capital Trade School on Bypass 66.
