Very excellent service by their towing service. My car had died and even with a jump couldn't start. My insurance contacted By Pass and they were out there in a short amount of time. The driver, I can't remember his name at the moment, was extremely nice and professional. Was more than willing to go the extra mile for me, and gave some excellent advice about what was going on with my car. By Pass is definitely the way to go. Good, honest people who do right by their customers. I will recommend this place to everyone.
