The By-Pass Auto Body company had a humble beginning in 1970 as Ron Bitschenauer began fixing cars in the garage at his home. After a few years, Ron took his love of cars and automotive knowledge and decided to expand his repair business outside the family garage. He launched his collision repair center in 1971 out of the old Capital Trade School on Bypass 66. I had my truck towed I asked where my friend was he said that the motherf$#$r got fired and that he was a worthless piece of $h*t he was wearing a city works shirt he was cursing in front of my girl and kids and very unprofessional. He was very rough with the truck just dropped it in the middle of my drive way which is shared with the neighbor and told me oh well you can deal with it! He was rude and he was playing on his phone while driving away I don't recommend using by pass
They fixed our jeep and made it look brand new...runs like we just bought it!!! Bob and his staff are the best in the business
My brother called about a tow for his truck at 4ish said it would be hour or less been waiting for two hours called back said be another hour on top of that receptionist was rude and over all bad customer service. wouldn't recommend ended up called another company.
I was driving down 11th and stevenson and the guy in the black tow truck almost hit my car. he was swerving as if he wasnt paying attention
