My 50 year old home needed a menu of renovations. Alex gave me a competitive quote, provided quality work, arrived/finished quickly, and kept the jobsite clean. Anything I had a question about, he addressed immediately and his team is very skilled. I would use them again without a doubt.

Alex Loredo's team was responsible for framing my custom home. He was very reliable and his team built a quality product. He was also honest with his prices and workmanship and willing to work with any change requests by the builder and home owners. He was very knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge and his ideas. One of the few reliable and quality contractors encountered when building my house.

Mr Loredo was hired as a subcontractor by our builder and we found him to be very knowledgeable and conscientious. He made sure to follow good engineering procedures and found ways to work around several problems that came up during construction. In addition to that, we found him to be a man who did what he said he would do....very impressive after some of the experiences we have endured with other contractors

We decided last year that we would build our home, general contracting it ourselves. This in itself is a daunting task.
