**** did an excellent job on joist and subfloor installation and stud replacements in the bathroom of my pier beam house. When evaluating the site, he came well-prepared, was attentive to what we wanted done, and followed up in a timely manner. He carefully inspected what needed to be replaced and completed a very clean and precise job. **** was an excellent communicator leading up to the job. He gave by far the most thorough inspection of the site and job in preparation of the estimate. A couple finishing touches weren't correct, and he came back to the site personally multiple times to make sure everything was finished out fully and properly. He was also the only roofer I found who would also work on framing under the roof--I don't recognize this as common in the industry.
**** and his team from By ****** Construction did a fantastic job remodeling our kitchen and dining area into one room and raising the ceilings. He also installed a patio door and French door. His attention to detail, timely delivery and knowledge of building codes was excellent, as well as quality workmanship. We are very pleased with the results! Thank you **** and Team.

By Loredo Construction enclosed our 3rd floor porch in 2010. Work included framing; adding windows-including oval & eyebrow; finishing inside-sheetrock & texture & sills; outside-hardy board & paint. Our porch looks great! We had Loredo back to add window & make a custom wall in our home. Another awesome job by Alex & his crew. Loredo Construction was the best! I highly recommend Alex Loredo Contraction and his team for any level of remodeling or renovation project you may have. Hired Mr. ****** to install a canopy per engineering and architectural drawings. His bid was higher than others but I went with him as he had good reviews online and said he could get the work started and finished in a week’s time. He started work only several weeks later. Then quickly stopped work accusing the design to be unstable. The engineer was brought out to site and reassured the design was fine and would be more stable when completed. The history that i was told from joed ***** that he fire the builder because the builder don't completed the job that way suppose be in not paying the subcontractors that was working on his house when joed paid off to the builder.
