Other than the aesthetics it's a good bottle shop.
Was served by a young man tonight and honestly had a really good experience. It was pretty busy and he was serving a lot of people, but he handled everyone well and never seemed rushed or annoyed. After things settled down a bit, he took the time to chat with me about the whisky selection and gave me a bit of help choosing, I appreciated the extra effort, particularly given how busy it was. A very pleasant experience and I would be happy to return.
The new receptionist working tonight is super rude. He doesn’t even know the basic payment procedures, which should be part of his basic duties. When I told him to ask someone else, he pretended to accidentally knock something off the table. I don’t know why such a rude person was hired to deal with customers.
Good service
