A great interaction with the young lady with tattoos (no judgement on tattoos) Approachable & friendly - Great knowledge of wine , explaining the difference of the many different types of wines & recommendations, not rushing the process (also stayed within my price range for gift) - thank you.
the female worker with red hair, glasses and tattoos was incredibly rude, absolutely no warmth or humanity when serving, our interaction left a bad taste in my mouth and i will definitely not be coming back.
Unfortunately, this wasn’t a great experience. The store was messy and felt disorganised, which made it difficult to shop comfortably. The customer service was also disappointing, the staff didn’t seem welcoming or interested in helping. There are plenty of other BWS locations that provide a much better experience, so I won’t be returning to this one. I hope the store takes this feedback on board and improves.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!! Your fridges are broken have been for over a week, you've lost my business and everyone i know, get your act together Woolworths!
