Unfortunately, this wasn’t a great experience. The store was messy and felt disorganised, which made it difficult to shop comfortably. The customer service was also disappointing, the staff didn’t seem welcoming or interested in helping. There are plenty of other BWS locations that provide a much better experience, so I won’t be returning to this one. I hope the store takes this feedback on board and improves.

04/04/2026 7.10pm I had two delivery orders and entered the store, where I waited in the queue for my turn. When it was finally my turn, I informed the staff member that I had two delivery orders. He responded by saying, “Please wait two minutes while I serve these customers.” I agreed and waited patiently for around 15–20 minutes while he continued serving others.
