I'm happy to speak with anyone looking to work with Ben and his team as a reference. Ben is a good sales person but his team is unable to execute and the customer service is some of the worst in Charlotte. His team installed our skylight incorrectly, causing our house to flood (this was fixed, but after major delays and 3 rains that leaked into the house). We want to take a moment to clear a few things up. BWH Services has never installed a skylight for anyone. The issue here was that the casing around the skylight was damaged by a demo team before BWH Services came on the scene, and this is what we addressed free of charge. While the picture painted here suggests a "flood", it was, in reality, a drip. Four years ago my property management company referred me to Mr. ******* for exterior and interior painting and renovations to my home prior to renting it out. Within a month of completion, I began contacting him about problems with his work when I noticed peeling on the new paint job he had just done. Avoid this company at all costs. They will not do work as quoted. The employees will find shortcuts to the work and the owner will lie to you and back his employees when confronted with proof that the work was not performed as quoted. He will then try to bully you with threats to put a lien on your house if you don't pay the full quoted amount, even when the work wasn't performed as quoted. Here's what Ben will reply to you with AFTER you pay him: "I chose to pass on it and eat it as I told you. As you know you tried to blame us for all sorts of bizarre things that simply weren't true such as removing your exterior door hardware and taking down your doors and damaging them.
