We found BHW services on the NextDoor app. We needed 4 rooms painted after just buying a new home. *** arrived to measure the rooms extremely quickly after requesting services. He sent out a crew to paint our home all the colors we requested a few days later. It was though he had all free time in the world! He treated us like royalty. After a few days, we were frustrated at how long the crew had been painting our home, we came to find out that his crew did not know how to purchase paint, so the colors we picked skewed from w... read more

Ben gave the impression he would be doing the work. He sent a worker who took 3 times longer, problems surfaced, and sloppy work. During the course of the project, Ben never contacted me or came over to look at the quality of work. When it was finally over, he still never contacted me or stopped by to see the final outcome even though I sent documentation. I do not recommend this person for any job.

Unfortunately this customer never paid for the full services rendered in the fall of 2020 after discounts were given to appease her, made some claims during the scope of work of questionable veracity and here has made false declarations. The name noted in the review, "Ben" does estimates. Never does he relay that he will be doing the actual work. We are neighbors of one of the reviewers who posted a negative review. We used BWH Services at their recommendation and are only pleased. Ben, the owner, was consistently polite and patient. The crew (same as for the other reviewer) was neat and addressed all we asked and then some. Apparently we have taken better care of our home over the last 15 years as we don't have the wall issues that the other reviewer seems to have. Only 5 stars from us. BWH Services was great! Arrived on time, polite, cleaned up. Took care of business. Finished our project ahead of schedule in time for our company to come for Christmas. Ben, the owner, made sure we knew what needed to be done and took care of a few hiccups that were on our side and made the process very easy. We have much more for them to do and we are thrilled to recommend them to our friends and family.
I wish I had checked the reviews here first before hiring this company. I have hired many, many professional companies in the past, but I have NEVER been so ill-treated as I have been with this company. It is no wonder that all the reviews are a "1". I have to re-iterate what others have said here, without dragging out the story. So, long story short: he will give you a good price and you will think this is a deal.
