I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience here requires honesty. The nurse practitioner I interacted with was kind and professional, and I appreciate her effort. However, the overall management of this clinic is extremely disappointing. The clinic appears to be poorly managed under Dr. Weisberg, and the lack of follow-up and accountability is very concerning. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend not returning here for more than a single visit.
The jury is out on this establishment which is why I have given a rating of 3. I was looking for a new location due to my last provider leaving the area. During the holidays I received a notification from Groupon for BWell and I read the reviews and decided to purchase the package. I sent an email to the location to schedule and after several days with no response I ended up calling and was able schedule the appt. Great staff and very knowledgeable
My sister-in-law recommended I try I.V. therapy for my pain issues. I am so glad that she did. Coming to BWell has been a Godsend. From the first appointment Kay,Jeanine, Nada and the entire staff make you comfortable with their knowledge and professionalism, it feels like you're visiting friends with every appointment.
