3ish years ago. Shingles are still on the roof. Although after being paid in full, chimney did not get finished out as contracted. After a full year, never did come back to paint it. A couple other construction side jobs he did, did not hold up (Approx $400). We were in contact back and forth about issues for up to about a year. I finally blocked him. We just had our house, 2 storage sheds & a workshop roofed with Shawn. We are very happy with his work. He did what he said he would do & did it very professionally. At the end of each day, he would totally complete a section so there would be no leak n case of rain. Then would clean up their mess at the end of each day. Shawn & all his workers were very nice & respectful of you & your property. At the suggestion of our general contractor, we used Shawn and BWB to redo our entire roof after the Easter tornado hit our neighborhood. Shawn came to take measurements immediately despite having several other active project ongoing at the time. He and his crew then came and did our roofs (main house, large garage, and shed) in less than 2 full days.... and did them very well.
