BW Property Management (BWPM) specializes in charging customers for services that are rarely rendered. My bi-weekly lawn service has been active since mid-June and BWPM has billed me on-time and for the full amount each month. However, they have only serviced my lawn 3 out of the 7 times I have paid for. When I signed up, I thought $14 a service was an unbelievable value. Unfortunately that turned out to be true.
