They do not care about anything except for getting their money. After having a child pass away on the 7th of September and paying rent on the 10th we have since paid $360 in late fees that just kept accruing. I would never recommend even my worst enemy to these disgusting people.

They get mad because I wouldn't renew my lease with them So they're saying I owe them $800 because it was $1300 worth of damages from doors bulbs and smoking But I actually thoroughly clean the apartment and I have a recording of them telling my new landlord that I kept apartment clean So I'm suing them for $10000 the rest being punitive damages
They lie. They don't take care of the property. They treat tenants like garbage. Stay away unless you enjoy this type of abuse!!
They try to make up lies to get more out of you/get you in trouble.

Literally my dryer caught on fire and its bin 2 days since anyone even came and looked at it! Smh i wouldnt be mad but the smell of burned dryer is not something i like to fall asleep smelling
