The company sucks
If I could give this Company zero stars I would. I've been in communication with the sales department for at least 8 weeks. I sent detailed images, measurements, a drawing, and descriptions of what I wanted. They provided a preliminary quote. Then, it took them 3 weeks to have someone come out for the final measure. We built a custom house. Had a great builder, but B&W made several big mistakes—1) they left a 1/2 inch gap between the crown molding on the kitchen cabinets and the ceiling—had to be called out to fix it; 2) they made one of the cabinets larger than what it was supposed to be and had to take it back to their shop (an hour away) to rebuild that; 3) they did not square up where the dishwasher went which leaves a bigger gap at the top than at the bottom on one side.
