Bob Buzzell is a very good businessman and he will go out of his way to make sure that his customers are satisfied which goes a very long way.
These guys will do any job no matter what they size. I had a small leak and they still came out to fix it even though it was a small task.
Buzzell Plumbing Heating & Air conducted themselves exactly how a business should which made me very happy.
The installation was smooth. The pricing is very fair. We love our new system!

I tried to have an appointment schedule with this company and the receptionist is totally clueless and rude. Her tone of voice and attitude needs some adjustment....Good luck with your pluming work and getting a technician to your home without waiting all day. Bad customer service.
