Never returned our phone call. We called twice. Don't know how good they are at doing business but customer service is lacking.
I would not hesitate at all to recommend Buzzell Plumbing with the great service provided by the company.
Overall, Buzzell's service was very good. The technicians that came were friendly and very respectful of our home.
Scheduled an appointment for 11-2. Called at 1:40 to inquire and the receptionist sounded surprised that we had not heard from the technician. Lame excuse about a flat tire and promised the technician would be there at 4. Called at 4:40 to inquire about the whereabouts of the technician. He is almost there......... cancelled the appointment. Their time is more important than yours.
If I had a way to give it a zero, that's what I would rate. Had Buzzell out three different times because of my water heater going cold. The woman at their office tried saying my warranty was no good (it's valid till 2018), last guy said he's been in my neighborhood a lot because of bad water heaters. Haven't found one person yet to verify that statement. I replaced my thermostats for $29 and haven't had a problem since and it's been AT LEAST 6 months. The technicians at Buzzell are very caring and easy to deal with. They want to make sure they do the job right the first time.
I call these people yesterday and asked them if the no credit needed billboard near the old race track in Byron was true. I was told I don't think so all we do is finance through Wells Fargo. Even their website lists another company...oh well,,,guess the billboard lied..
These guys 100 percent deserve 5 stars because its just such good service and price for people you can trust.
The serviceman was extremely helpful and friendly. He fixed my AC unit very nicely, and I will definitely use them again.
