We're a fun and funky family restaurant on the banks of the Brazos River specializing in Cajun and Creole cooking, we're happy to keep it spicy or make it milder if that's your preference. We've been voted the best seafood in town. We serve hot boiled crawfish and fresh oysters on the half shell when they're in season. Fabulous and Fun restaurant and Bar in Waco. Right on the River- the views are stunning! The food- the best Cajun/ Creole outside of Louisiana! My most favorite dish among many is the Swamp Soup- it's a cheesy crawfish and shrimp thick soup. Me and my friends make this a regular stop for the Soup and creative cocktails!!!!!
