We're a fun and funky family restaurant on the banks of the Brazos River specializing in Cajun and Creole cooking, we're happy to keep it spicy or make it milder if that's your preference. We've been voted the best seafood in town. We serve hot boiled crawfish and fresh oysters on the half shell when they're in season. the atmosphere is awesome
You won’t be disappointed. Great for groups, great for families, great for couples. Can’t beat the river atmosphere, whether you eat inside or on the deck. The food is great. Lots of choices, all with a Cajun flair.
A friend took me to Buzzard Billy’s and now I go every time I am in Waco. The flavours are amazing and the atmosphere is just as impressive. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.
Bully to the public when we are just trying to fish on the walk way

I’m not sure how anyone was bullied sir . I walked up to him and said I can’t ask you to move it not my river walk then I told him about a little girl feeding a turtle and a man hooked it in front of her and she was very upset and crying. I said would you mind moving down. If you know the man I’m sure he will tell you that’s how it happened. Then a customer posted about it. No one bullied him and we don’t think we own the river.
