We're a fun and funky family restaurant on the banks of the Brazos River specializing in Cajun and Creole cooking, we're happy to keep it spicy or make it milder if that's your preference. We've been voted the best seafood in town. We serve hot boiled crawfish and fresh oysters on the half shell when they're in season. Awesome pastas, burgers, and salads with lots of other options for people that don't eat seafood. We also have a full bar and a great beer selection. The ambiance is the only thing good about this place now. I’m so disappointed. I used to love it! Menu has changed and they’ve removed some favorites. It seems most of the food is frozen Sysco food now. Hush puppies were SO disgustingly chewy, I sent them back.
The variety of food was great. The food I ordered was yummy. My waitress, Molly, was so very attentive and awesome! This was my first visit, but not my last. I will definitely be a return customer.
We went on a Tuesday night...I have eaten there sev times with mostly good results... our service was good but not great... what we did have was good(jambalaya&mardi gras pasta) but what I really wanted was seafood/oysters... I ordered the swamp platter only to be told that they were out of oysters ...no oyster appetizer... (The waitress did say I could double up on something else but no oysters?!?)I mean how does a cajun restaurant run out of oysters? 🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️☹️

The the staff was amazing as always . The new manager needs to be fired. You cut all the favorites off the menu and have no kitchen staff on Father’s Day literally letting thousands off dollars in revenue walk out the door.
My husband food not cooked fish over cooked tough chicken used to be great
