The bartender told me that they could not cook their burgers less than "well done" because of the grade of meat they get. I told him i did not want a nasty ass e-coli burger...his response was...."no our burgers are good". Really???!!!??? Sent an email directly to their GM several days ago to inform him of this, and he has yet to reply. I do not live in lincoln nor want anything from them. But an "I'm sorry" response would mean so much, But now it is obviously a shit place ran with shit management serving shit food.

I LOVE this place!!! I was in Omaha to visit family and we made a special trip to Lincoln just for me to try Buzzard Billy's and I was not disappointed. The staff were more than accommodating & very friendly & the food was EXCELLENT!! I would recommend to anyone that is in or near the Lincoln area to definitely make this one of their stops!
Buzzard Billys is one of my husband and I's favorites in Lincoln. Merely everytime we visit the area we chose to eat here as we know we will have great food and excellent service!
First time there and had a very good experience. Very friendly staff and food was excellent. I had the blackened catfish!!!!!
Armadillo eggs were fantastic. I'll be back. Have too try a burger next time.
Very disappointed! Buzzard Billy's used to be one of our favorite places... After last night I doubt we will go back. Our server was delightful...food dismal.
