I was a patient at your downtown office. Given recent events I will no longer be one. It is extremely unethical to put patients health at risk due to willful negligence. I hope that no one contracted anything life threatening and I hope this costs you your practice sir. You are a POS and everything wrong with American capitalism.

Edit: review changed after they called to tell me to get tested for hepatitis because they weren't cleaning their tools. Big scandal, I think they're closed now. I've been telling every one I know about this office since my first appointment. Half dentist, half ultra modern spa. I can't believe my insurance pays for this. I've had some misfires with dentists since moving to Knoxville. I think I'll stick with these folks.

Update: A heartbreaking dealbreaker. Hygienic practices should be taken for granted at a dentist. Apparently not here. Old post: Location, location, location! I imagine that a dental studio this chic, with such friendly, competent staff would be a success anywhere. Being in the heart of Knoxville makes that all count doubly. The very clean and modern dental suites, amply sized and spaced, with optional warm neck pillow and hand waxing (!?!) pair nicely with the kind, caring, non-judgmental staff.
