Hash browns were rotten. Both waitress and cook both agreed from the smell. I got sick there and the person I was with threw up in the parking lot. Made out a report to Health department.
Always enjoy myself there, great food!! Never had a bad experience and I have been going for a while now
I go in for breakfast every other day on my way to work and everytime service is great food is good and i leave full and happy .......i will say if you sit in the section where kids are allowed then service sucks and you wait for ever to eat get a drink ext....
Totally wish we had a Buzz Inn in the Tri Cities. Good food, great prices

Went in for the shrimp basket n fries. The shrimp was burnt badly. Fries were good. Waitress sent it back. Fries were mushy n the shrimp tasted like it was freezer burned. Nasty taste. Use to be a good place to eat. Really went down hill fast. Their cook really sucks bad.
It was awful had to send my food back twice first n last time there
I used to work here an when I thought things were finally lookin up food getting better wait times getting better seems I see nothin but bad comments about it... that's too bad I know there tryin real hard to get it together
This place has been slowly taking a dive since they went full service. I think most people would agree. It was better when you ordered before you sat !
