If our waitress Cassie wasn't so nice we would have walked out. 40 minutes for two chef salads. Two cooks at 7 pm and maybe 10 tables with customers and some people at bar. Not full or even close. The seats were disgusting. Cloth with nasty stains and food ground in. Won't be returning to this Buzz Inn.
It would be nice if for once when I order my hamburger well done that it came that way. I'm tired of sending it back so I usually take the least pink one from my husband and around it
The cook should be fired! We went there Friday night after graduation and waited almost hr and half for our food. My son ordered a grilled cheese, not hard to make, took forever to get. My steak was supposed to be medium well, it came to me barely even rare. The service was amazing, idk her name but she did great at trying to keep us happy while we waited forever for our food. We will never go back to that dump, it should be closed down!
I probably will make the extra drive to go to the Everett Broadway one!! We have been here an hour, my some got his food, 3 other tables that sat down after us have gotten their food, and we have not!! Not impressed
This is by far my favorite place to get good food, steak or burger. New pull tab machines have been added.
We gave it a shot, but never again. This place has gone downhill. Terrible service, terrible food. Just a small example; I ordered a turkey melt, it came with no turkey.
We had great service and great food. Love Buzz Inn.
