We frequent this buzz often, however the service has been on the decline. Several times we have sat in the bar to eat and have a drink and we were completely ignored by the bartender. We witnessed two couples walk out because of no service. Tables were not cleaned, mind you the bar wasn't busy! Looking to move on. Not referring to Ari and fill in bartenders, but the other. Bottom line we moved to the restaurant and got great service from Jessica.
Went for a drink . Sat in the bar where only a few people were sitting at the bar and maybe 2 tables. The bartender didn't seem busy but made no attemp to serve us but walked right past us with no eye contact and made 2 trips to clear a table behind us. Finally we got a drink ordered. Another couple sat behind us and finally left after not be acknowledged at all.
Just a great old school steakhouse.
I love the buzz and each of their employees w the exception of Kate! Years ago she was great. However the last few years, and more recently she is nothing less than ride! She totally ignored us for about 5 minutes. When she finally decided to help us she was RUDE! Very unpleasant. After her break when she came back she reeked of weed! And still not nice. We avoid coming in when she's there! Sad.
