I have purchased two bedroom sets, a dining room set and two recliners from here and I always get great service. I also love all of the options :)
Love the bed and couch I got at Buzula! Salesperson Lorna O'Orourke took the time to help find just what I needed. I left and shopped at 3 other local stores. This was the best deal in town. Eric Reyes delivered and set up the next day on time ( in fact he was a little early) for a reasonable delivery fee. I could not be happier!

Horrible customer service. Had family buy a dining room set over two months ago and they said it would only take four weeks to get in and still haven't received it. We call and get the run around. They even said the mailed a check for a refund and nothing. No one seems to want to help. How do think that's ok to treat people like that? Bunch of women that clearly have no idea what they are doing and have no clue about customer service.
