We purchased a sofa and love seat here and while the customer service was 5 star the furniture is not. The cushions have springs which have mangled and twisted inside the cushions. We can't flip the cushion as the material on the bottom of the cushion is a very cheap paper like fabric. Nor can we access the springs to try and adjust. After spending $1500 on what we thought were quality pieces we are now stuck with seating we can't sit on. Absolutely disappointed. Makes me sick to my stomach. BUYER BEWARE.

Good customer service when we purchased our furniture, however one year later our are $1500 sectional is falling apart. I'm having a terrible time getting anyone to return my calls. We have spent a lot of money at the store. I am very frustrated will not ever purchased anything from this store again!

I will absolutely never do business here. We came ready to business and buy a sectional but the customer service was awful. Our daughter was sitting on a couch, not jumping on it but just sitting there still, a lady came and told us that she had to get off the couch and that there was a sign at the front and she shouldn't have had to tell us that. Well we never saw a sign and I didn't realize it was a problem for a child to sit on the couch if they weren't climbing all over it. The lady only offered to help us buy a couch wh... read more
I purchased a coffee table and when getting it home the sliding door was cracked beyond repair, and since all sales are final, and no refunds, I'm stuck with a broken piece of furniture. The door was wrapped in paper so even looking in the box at pick-up would not have caught this issue.
