I'm having a jaw alignment procedures but cracked a tooth in the middle of the process. They were very accommodating and worked around that issue. As soon as that tooth removal was healed up they proceeded with the jaw alignment. It's a dentist office, and they manage to make it an almost pleasant (they are grinding on my teeth haha) experience!

After having a legthy discussion about the work that had already been assessed (prior to my appt.) I had a difficult extraction of a pretty badly decayed tooth (1 of 2).upon completion of the first extraction I was unable to continue with the appointment due to the time it took to get the one tooth out. Sent me home w/no meds😨...I have a pretty good tolerance to pain but dentists fearing to prescribe needed pain meds is ridiculous. I won't go back there , nor will any of my family.

Michael: Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Looking back, it looks like you had opted to wait on the second extraction due to an insurance issue, not a time issue on our end. As far as the pain medications go, typically ibuprofen is plenty to relieve discomfort after an extraction. We are proud to responsibly prescribe pain medications and do not take that responsibility lightly. We wish you and your family the best in the future.
The entire support staff were very friendly and competent. I don't think my experience while in the office could have been any better. And, of course, Dr. Gary was his charming, friendly self. The treatment I received was much appreciated.
