I don't enjoy going to the dentist, but since I have to go, at least twice a year, this is the place to go. Everyone is friendly, helpful and very professional. I've been going to Dr. Wilkinson since he started practicing in Springfield .
The only thing that I didn't like was that I did not get any pain meds after the procedure. The anesthetic is almost worn off and my gums are very tender. I recieved pain meds after they did my temporary teeth procedure but not this time. Very disappointed about that.
I had my six month dental exam and hygiene appointment today. Dr. Wilkinson is a great dentist. He is thorough, kind and has done a great job in caring for my dental needs for the past 13 or 14 years. His staff are the greatest. Lauren, my hygienist is kind and does a great job cleaning my teeth. She always lets you know what she is going to be doing. The ladies at the receptionist desk are friendly and helpful. Thoughtful, patient-centered, thorough. My cleaning was excellent. Paige is great - good communication, nice as can be - explains everything yet makes it clear what needs to be done. Dr. Wilkinson is always upbeat, honest and good. Office staff are pleasant and give good estimates on the treatment plan. Thanks!!

Usually after a cleaning my teeth don't feel cleaner. There's usually some grittiness on my teeth afterwards. Today that wasn't a problem at all, and I actually felt cleaner after the clean.

this was the best experience i've had in a dental office. the atmosphere was warm and friendly. the staff were very knowledgeable, they explained everything as they went along. dr wilkinson is one who really cares about his patients and their concerns. i'd recommend them to anyone
