Marion Zygadlo was my very first Agent in 2003/04. He is the best Real Estate Agent who helped me buy my very first house in 2004. I learnt so much from him in the time we spent looking houses.I trust him completely. He never lost his patience with me. Today I'm looking for him, to help me find another house, or just wanting to say hello to Marion, whom i consider a dear friend. Anyone who chooses Buyer's Choice and Marion as their Real Estate Agent, is lucky to have him on their side!

Marion is an extremely negative person to work with. I didn't even make it to set up an appointment and it almost seemed as if he did not want me to purchase a home at all, just on the first few conversations I had over the phone with him. I am a pre-qualified buyer still looking for a legit Buyers Agent, and he spoke to me as if I was a child that didn't know their "elbow" from a hole in the ground. Marion helped my husband and I find our first home. This guy really knows his stuff! He's a former architect and is now dedicated to helping people find their next home. He's very quick to point out reasons why not to buy a house, which goes to show, what an honest person he is. He isn't in the business just to make a sale. I will definitely go back to him if I decide to purchase another home. He is the best in the business! We definitely recommend him!
