But rite beauty is a great company! I had the pleasure of working with Marilyn Britton and she was so helpful. She handled my whole order and made sure I got the best price available. I would recommend this company to anyone who is building a salon or looking to remodel.
I had an amazing experience getting everything ready to open my salon with Lyle at buy rite. He helped me with the ordering process and made sure i had everything in time for opening day. The stylist chairs I got are very sturdy and all our guests comment on how comfortable they are. We also ordered sinks and those are great too
FANTASTIC customer service and top-of-the line products!! Working with the Buy-Rite folks is an absolute pleasure, and they always provide the best possible buying experience. They're very in-tune with their customers' needs, always thinking multiple steps ahead, and will go above and beyond to be helpful. Their customer-first mentality really sets them apart in this space. I can't praise them enough for their phenomenal products and world-class customer service. Buy-Rite or don't buy at all!!
I have the sit-down Xtra Hot dryer, and I am obsessed!!! Buy-Rite provides the best products and best customer service all around!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE CROOKS. Purchased 5 salon chairs and 5 salon mats. I Called the first day to tell them 2 of the chairs were not working properly. First I had to send them a bunch of pictures. Then they had us switching seats with bases. Still not fixed ,they had us purchase lock tight. Spending almost 2 thousand dollars on new salon equipment, this was an unacceptable solution. When asked for compensation they offered us some salon towels and a blow drier holder. He was absolutely hands down one of the best and highly knowledgeable customer service representatives I've met in a long time! So pleased with Buyrite Beauty. The equipment is beautiful and affordable. All ordering and inquiries were responded to in a very timely, professional, and friendly manner.
