I would like to commend Megan Lingo for her exceptional customer service. I ordered 5 new hydraulic chairs from Buy-Rite for my new salon in Louisiana and for some reason, they came with the wrong foot pedals and two of the pumps were bad. Our opening was suppose to be in less than two weeks and she did everything in her power to express the new pumps and foot pedals in time for our first day of work. We LOVE Megan. When our order came in two parts, we panicked that we only got 1/2 of the order. We are so grateful that Megan was there to help us along. She researched and found the other 1/2 of our order and coordinated with the shipping company to get it to us. It’s very rare to find a company that will keep you posted with every turn when there is a problem. I firmly believe that our success lies in how we deal with the problems we encounter. This company is amazing !!!
