I recieved a stylist stool which came with a broken piece. I communicate with Jill who was nice, extremely pleasant and replaced my item quickly! My experience was wonderful. From now on they are my go to. Thank you!
OMG! I'm super pleased! I ordered a bunch of furniture from them, and it arrived really promptly. It was all packaged very well - the boxes arrived a bit damaged, but there was no damage at all to the products, including the huge mirrors! Not only that, the furniture was better quality and even nicer looking than in the photos. And they were easy to assemble, too - one person did it alone, and it didn't take that long. We will definitely look to Buy-Rite as we grow.

Great service. Marilyn is very knowledgeable about all the brands and answered all the questions I had. She helped me place my order. I received my order very quickly but, one shampoo unit was damaged in shipping. I called Buyrite right away and they took care me. Megan and Jennifer treated me great. They did everything they could do to make the exchange of a new unit seemless. I am very pleased with the whole process. Highly recommended!
I had purchased a massage table less than a year ago and was so distraught when my client sat down and the whole thing collapsed. I emailed buy rite the following monday evening to explain my situation and within 12 hours of me sending the email, Jason Eichholz responded with a cc to Jill Rodriguez saying that she would be calling that afternoon. This company has been so accommodating in helping guide me through a selection process. I flew to GA to the showroom and Richard, the president himself, offered to pick me up from the hotel, take me to Buy-Rite and work with me on finding what I need to suit expansion needs within budget. He was patient with all my questions and gave me plenty of space to "try on" every chair, sink and station. Highly recommend. There's really something for everyone here, from basic to high-end.
Not pleased by the poor follow up service after sending out the wrong order. Aka having an item on their website for 4 years after it was discontinued. But selling me something else anyway. Disappointed with Lots of me having to call and get them to resolve this problem. Restarting with each person they blew it off to.
