This company listed a deceased family members home . The day of an open house not only didn’t the listing agent show but he didn’t send another agent to conduct the showing. Myself and a family member showed the house to multiple potential buyers. Of course when it was time for him to get his commission as far as I know the guy didn’t even offer to take a reduction. I myself wasn’t involved in any negotiations, my sibling who was is also a friend of the guy . Reputable ? In my opinion hell no .
