A must if you’re in New Braunfels! The Breakfast Strata is great and the Coastal Breakfast is super delicious! Staff was friendly and efficient. Our server Sarah was really nice and helpful. And she’s absolutely gorgeous!😍 Place does fill up but enjoy the coffe while you wait.
First off the service was outstanding! Sarah was our waitress. This was our first visit so I had A LOT of annoying questions...she was so polite and didn’t mind at all. At the end of our meal she made a point to ask how we liked everything and what our favorite was. We needed 4 to go boxes (portions were very generous!) I boxed everything then she came and bagged it for us. She spoke to my kids like young adults, which they loved. She was just very kind and genuine. Her service really made our morning great! The food is exceptional. The quality of the ingredients and the care in preparation stand out in every dish we tried. I could not have asked for more, but the staff provided it with friendliness and attention you would only expect sitting at a family table. I can not recommend The Buttermilk Cafe highly enough. You must try it for yourself.
