Ordered eggs over medium. Expected perfect eggs because breakfast is a “big thing” for them....but even the white part of the egg was runny...yuk
RecommendedMy family and I visited for the 1st time today and were very pleased. Our server, Jonathan, was awesome from "Hello and welcome," to "Thank you and come back soon." The place is country chic, cozy, family-oriented, and relaxed. Did I mention the food? It's fresh, it's delish, it's plenty, and the price goes accordingly. It was definitely worth the trip up from San Anton'! Looking forward to our next visit, for sure! ☺

Terrible service walking in. The older gentleman at the front and the woman taking people to their seats are RUDE. Poor customer service on the frontline. Thanks to Austin for his great attitude and understanding. Will still not be back though. For subpar overpriced food, not worth it. Really. I’d advise tourists to go to Avery’s Kitchen. They are great people, great food & get you in soon as the can, incomplete party or not.

I love everything about Buttermilk Cafe. The food is fabulous. The decor is wonderful and the service is spot on. Always have enjoyed my experience there, which is why I continue to go back.

Very good food and attentive staff. Biscuits are fluffy and tasty. Good portions.
We stopped here on the way back home after a week long vacation in the hill country. This was by far the best meal I had during our trip. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the chicken and waffles and there aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful the coastal breakfast is - just try it - you will not be disappointed.
