We love Butterfly Effect Counseling. My son has been going for about a year with Ms. Courtney, and she is compassionate, fair and intelligent. He sees her one on one, and sometimes we have a family session so we are all on the same page. The front office is kind and is helpful when needing to reschedule appointments. This business has a potential to be great but unfortunately all they care about is money. They lied when they quoted how much I had to pay and when it was explained to them that I didn't have a job and couldn't pay the amount they were now telling me I owed, they would not work with me at all. I'm disappointed because I really loved the lady I saw but beware this is another business just looking for money.

I had the worst experience of my life with butterfly effects. They did not ensure my child had an ABA therapist when expected and needed On multiple occasions. This did impact me and my family because it was unexpected and it happened unexpectedly So Frequently that I ended up not being able to work Because we couldn’t rely on them to be in the community when they said they would be in the community to provide ABA therapy services to my child. Butterfly effect counseling is fantastic. Candace is amazing. She has worked with me for the last 4 years and I have grown so much because of her. She truly cares about my problems and provides resources and support. I don’t know where I would be without her. I highly recommend this practice!
