10/10 everysingle time! Yen is hands down one of the best. I recently moved back to Loa Angeles from Portland and was looking for a new nail tech. I was very spoiled and well taken care of by the one I had in Portland so I was a bit apprehensive. A friend recommended Yen and I showed her an idea of what I wanted and it exceeded my expectations. Funny, kind and gentle and always goes above and beyond with my creative nails everytime. Again, Butter Nails is great and I have a very pleasent experience every single time.
I’m writing to express my concern about my daughter’s recent visit to your salon. She is 15 years old and had a reservation. When she arrived, she was initially told the service she wanted could not be done. As she was about to leave, she was then told it could be done. After returning home, my daughter was very upset. Highly recommend Butter Nails to anyone who wants top-quality service and a luxury experience. This place caters to people that have somewhere to be. They had me in and out looking amazing. Amy, Yen, Kelly and Andy-there are many others, but so far every time was perfect for me with them. Place is so cozy like a sauna in the mountains. The Music, the relaxing scents and creamy feel of treatments OMG!!!-Butter is the best!
