The bread and spread, great! Charcuterie was good. My salmon was raw inside; I was not pleased. And Too much duck fat under as well. The worst part was the waiter was rude. Im not going back personally, but maybe it was just a not so great for me. You might have better luck. Sorry. I wish my review could be better.
I ordered a regular appetizer and a special appetizer and they told me they ran out of the special which was okay, but then when they brought my appetizer... they brought both and it was the best surprise! The main dish was superb. Love this place. Service was great!!
Magnificent! Salmon was amazing, Mac & Cheese Gnocchi delicious, Dinner Rolls & Butter wonderful. Staff was very attentive & guess who walked out of the kitchen talking to guests? Alex herself. Took a picture with me and wS delightful. You must go eat at Butter. Full bar, very relaxing atmosphere. Comfortable chairs. Five Stars from our visit.
Easter brunch was a wonderful experience! I brought my teenage daughter and her best friend during our visit from Charlotte NC. Buffet brunches are hit or miss but Alex’s Butter brunch was a big hit!!! The food was so perfectly seasoned and prepared, the buffet menu offered just enough variety without being overwhelming, ambience was cozy and welcoming and the music was so fun and upbeat. The hostess and all our service staff were attentive, pleasant, and fun. I will most definitely be back again!! Thank you!
I had the Florida poached shrimp for an appetizer and the shrimp were cooked and seasoned perfectly. My daughter had the pasta with spicy lamb sausage which I tasted and it was outstanding. The sauce was creamy and if you like spicy food you will love this sausage. I had the duck thighs for my entree and again this dish was perfect. The skin was crispy and it was served with baby bok choy. The sauce for the duck was sweet without being over powering. I loved loved loved the yeast rolls. This has become my must go to restaurant during trips to NYC. The flavor profiles on every single item served - impeccable. And the Manhattan Gin Fizz- worth every penny!
