Fair is a gift. The service was very slow. I had the roasted chicken. It was dry and unimpressive. No one in our group of 4 raved about their food or said, "Wow! You really need to taste this." Only being in NYC for two days, we chose Butter for dinner specifically because we are fans of Alex Guarnashelli.
Excellent restaurant. The food was beyond expectations and the service was great.
Delicious, amazing, delightful. We send family and friends here, and we will come back again and again.

Went to Butter right before a play. They sat us right away , food was served promptly and it was delicious. Wild salmon was fresh and gnocchi mac and cheese out of this world.
